Job summary

NAB in Sydney seeks a Senior Agribusiness Manager to work with the Regional & Agribusiness team, driving growth and delivering integrated financial solutions for agribusiness customers.

You will own your portfolio, manage complex enterprises, and provide advisory and risk management, building deep, lasting relationships with customers and supporting NAB's ambition to be the most customer-centric bank in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Agribusiness sector to build credibility with customers.
• Deal structuring and credit assessment of large/complex transactions.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Pro-active management of pre- and post-farm-gate Agribusiness customers delivering integrated solutions to grow existing relationships and acquire new customers.
• Own your portfolio and grow a diverse mix of premium Agribusiness clients with complex enterprises and relationships.
• Provide financial advisory services and risk management for customers.

In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager, you will work closely with theRegional & Agribusiness team in Sydney, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Pro-active management of both pre- and post-farm-gate Agribusiness customers providing fully integrated solutions to drive growth through existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
• Own your portfolio and continue to grow a diverse mix of premium Agri businesses where you will manage complex enterprises and relationships
• Provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers
• Ensure success through using commercial acumen to understand your customers and drive innovation and continuous improvement

You’llbring to this role:

• Previous experience in the Agribusiness sector that enables you to easily build credibility with your customers
• Deal structuring and credit writing/assessment of large/complex transactions
• Strong financial acumen underpinned by the ability to build trusted, long term customer relationships
• Demonstrated success in delivering sales growth through proactive business development and deep customer relationships
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to negotiate solutions that deliver mutual value for customers and the bank
