Job summary

Rex Gorell Family Group is seeking a Senior Administration Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The role covers Vehicle Stock Control, compiling deal packs, compliance checks and archiving, plus processing VicRoads registrations, fleet claims and accounts payable/receivable.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple Geelong-area dealerships.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and take initiative to learn.
• Experience with a Document Management System (DMS) is advantageous.

Rex Gorell Family Group is one of the largest privately owned, motor vehicle dealer groups in Australia, as such we are seeking aSenior Administration Clerkto join our team on a full time basis.

This roleinclude:

• Vehicle Stock Control
• Compiling deal packs, compliance checking, document archiving
• Processing VicRoads registrations and transfers
• Processing fleet claims
• AP/AR

To be successful in the position you will need to have the following:

• Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and motivation to learn
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work across multiple dealerships and locations (within the Geelong area) as required
• Previous experience using a DMS would be advantageous
