Wayne Phillis Automotive in Adelaide, SA, is hiring for New Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our Geely and Ford dealerships. You will be part of a high-performing team that has won the Ford President's Award in 2024 and 2025, with a five-day week and no Sundays.

In-house training is provided, and a generous bonus system with a fully maintained company vehicle is on offer. We value professionalism, a positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous new vehicle sales experience preferred.
• Polite, professional attitude and customer-focused.
• Must have a current SA driver's license and clear police record.
• Ability to work in a team and meet/exceed targets.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell new vehicles and advise customers.

Wayne Phillis Automotive is a Family owned and operated multi-franchise vehicle dealershipbased in the southern suburbs of Adelaide for over 40 years, consisting of Ford, Isuzu, SsangYong, Kia, Geely and GAC.

We have two fantastic opportunities for the right candidate's to join our Geely and Ford Dealership's as New Vehicle Sales Consultant's. You will be working with a team who has been awarded the highly prestigious Ford President's Award for the last two years – 2024 & 2025 and has enviable repeat customers or our new Geely Dealership at Reynella which has consistently seen high volume sales since it's opening.

In-house training supplied

In return you will be part of a high performing team environment with ongoing support and training.

A generous package including an outstanding bonus system, commensurate with your experience, will be on offer with the use of a fully maintained company vehicle. Resulting in the potential to earn in excess of $115k including superannuation.

Our sales teams are supported by a delivery co‑ordinator who manages your pre‑delivery and post‑sale communications, leaving you quality time to concentrate of selling MORE cars.

Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable but not essential, however all applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Salespeople currently working in retail, in particular Harvey Norman, Good Guys, 4wd specialists are encouraged to apply - 5 day week - NO SUNDAYS
