Job summary

Rex Gorell Family Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our automotive dealership to coordinate the day to day movement of vehicles across multiple yards as we prepare vehicles to be delivered to our customers/clients. The role involves driving and parking vehicles, coordinating storage locations, maintaining accurate vehicle whereabouts, and ensuring safety across a high-volume yard environment.

Outdoor work with exposure to weather, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s licence

Qualifications

• Must hold a current driver’s licence (manual or automatic).
• Keen eye for detail and high level of diligence.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and walk regularly.
• Experience in a similar role highly regarded but not essential.

At Rex Gorell Family Group we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our automotive dealership to coordinate the day to day movement of vehicles across multiple yards as we prepare vehicles to be delivered to our customers/clients.

Responsibilities

Driving and parking new vehicles across multiple sites to efficiently support the day to day running of the new / used vehicle yards.

Coordinate, organise and maintain vehicle storage locations.

Be accountable for maintaining accurate records of vehicle whereabouts through effective vehicle tracking and communicating with staff across workshops and yards.

Adhere to safe workplace practices in line with company policies.

Collaborate with team members / supervisors to ensure efficiency of daily yard operations within a high volume dealership environment.

This role is mostly based outdoors therefore a tolerance to weather and a level of fitness is needed due to a reasonable amount of walking each day.

Applicants must hold a current driver’s licence (both manual / auto) and have a keen eye for detail and display a high level of diligence to ensure vehicles arrive in impeccable condition.

Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded but not essential.

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be willing to undertake a National Police check as part of the recruitment process.
