Metal Biz Recyclers is seeking a Senior Administrator / Weighbridge Operator to join our Rocklea and Stapylton sites in Queensland. The role combines office administration with weighbridge operations, handling customer and supplier transactions and maintaining records to support efficient site movements.

You will work with drivers, customers and the operations team to ensure accurate data entry, timely weighbridge processing and professional service.

Qualificações

• Experience in administration or weighbridge operations is required.
• Ability to record transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Operate weighbridge system and record loads accurately.
• Issue dockets and process customer/supplier transactions.
• Data entry, filing and maintaining electronic records.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations team for smooth site movements.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
