Job summary

Westdrill Pty Ltd in Perth, WA is seeking a Senior Administration & Compliance Officer to own mobilisation, onboarding, and site compliance processes across field crews and office teams. This is a fixed 12-month maternity-leave contract with potential permanency, offering a collaborative team environment, on-site parking, and a central Kewdale office.

You will manage medicals, drug and alcohol tests, inductions, rosters, and document control while delivering accurate onboarding and smooth client

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional time management and prioritisation under pressure.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Positive, proactive mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Management of mandatory industry compliance including medicals, drug & alcohol tests, VOCs, inductions, and site-specific credentials.
Booking and issuing accurate mobilisation details, including flights and accommodation, while maintaining the roster system.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires, coordinating contracts, profiles, and internal safety inductions.
Build and maintain relationships with external clients and suppliers.
Keep internal databases meticulously updated.
Serve as primary contact for new staff during initial weeks.
Maintain controlled documents, forms, templates and records.
Coordinate document reviews and updates.
