Job summary

Design and Build recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a minimum 3-month contract to join a national contractor on a $5 million medical project located south of the river in Perth. The role starts in the first week of October with potential extension to further projects in the pipeline.

You will manage on-site activities, supervise subcontractors, drive site safety, and maintain high-quality finishes while coordinating documentation and RFIs via Procore.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects.
• Procore experience is essential.
• Experience working in live environments.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent understanding of programme management and sequencing in fit-out.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for commercial fit-out projects up to $4M
• Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure programme milestones are achieved
• Drive site safety and ensure full WHS compliance
• Maintain high-quality finishes in fast-paced fit-out programmes
• Manage site documentation, RFIs, and defect resolution via Procore
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
