Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in software implementations.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Understand waterfall and agile methodologies in a services delivery role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to shift focus rapidly.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain certification in WorkForce Software products.
• Gather and identify customer requirements; create BRDs and use cases.
• Educate customers on best practices in implementation of WorkForce Software/WFM.
• Lead go-live activities including data migration and system setup.
• Mentor team members and drive project delivery on time and budget.
