Qualifications

• Senior accounting experience in a large, high-volume environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and statutory reporting.
• Proven balance sheet reconciliations experience and controls.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Drive improvements in reconciliation processes, including standardisation and control uplift.
• Support the development and enhancement of cash flow reporting, ensuring alignment with bank activity and balance sheet movements.
• Review and improve bank reconciliation processes, strengthening the linkage between bank data, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.
• Assist in strengthening banking processes and internal controls across the business.
• Contribute to statutory reporting requirements, with a focus on cash flow statements and related disclosures.
• Partner with Group and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business partnering activities.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.
• Support month-end close and reporting cycles as required.
