Qualifications

• Experience applying evidence-based case management frameworks with individuals with complex needs.
• Strong communication with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Victorian Aboriginal community and justice system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful case management for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, focusing on behaviour change.
• Create tailored cultural support plans for Aboriginal clients.
• Assess risk factors and develop individualised case plans to support rehabilitation.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders on culturally safe approaches.
• Build partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and support services.
• Attend Koori Court to provide advice and support when needed.
