Salary banding of $100,894 - $114,476 plus superannuation. This is a prioritised role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, who will be given priority consideration as per the special measures provision of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Are you passionate about supporting Aboriginal people in the justice system and ready to take the lead in driving change? We're looking for a committed and culturally knowledgeable Aboriginal Advanced Case Manager to join our team and help create safer, stronger communities—one person at a time. Using a strengths-based, culturally informed approach, you'll help guide them through their rehabilitation journey while contributing to positive outcomes for the broader community. You'll also play a key role in shaping how we support Aboriginal clients—providing expert advice, developing cultural support plans, and working closely with Aboriginal organisations and the Koori Court.

This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a real difference in people's lives and work towards a more just, inclusive system. You'll be part of a dedicated and culturally respectful team, supported to grow and thrive in your role.
