Job summary

Qualify seeks a SEE Regional Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of SEE programs across Gippsland, focusing on employer engagement, industry consultation, and program coordination. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and drive regional growth.

You will build partnerships with industry networks, organise enrolment sessions, and lead trainer assessor recruitment and development while ensuring high-quality learner engagement across regional sites in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Training/Employment Services settings.
• Qualification in Adult Education or Business is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEE program requirements, compliance, and reporting standards preferred.
• Strong program coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinking with growth mindset for service expansion.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Current Working with Children Check and clear National Police Check.
• Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly across regional Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong employer relationships to align training delivery with workforce needs.
• Engage with industry bodies, employers, and employment service providers to support participant pathways.
• Lead consultations with industry stakeholders to ensure program content and outcomes align with regional needs.
• Represent Qualify in regional industry networks to expand partnerships and impact.
• Lead the implementation of new programs, ensuring smooth rollout and contract compliance.
• Organise information and enrolment sessions to onboard participants.
• Lead recruitment, induction, and training of new SEE trainer assessors.
• Provide leadership and support to delivery teams to ensure quality and learner engagement.
• Manage staff allocation across regional sites balancing demand and trainer expertise.
• Contribute to strategic direction of SEE service delivery and opportunities for expansion.
