Job summary

Uniting Limited seeks an experienced Early Learning Program Manager to oversee a range of operational decisions and provide expertise in pedagogy, service planning and community development across Gippsland. You will lead the delivery of high‑quality, sustainable early learning programs for children and families.

With extensive leadership experience, you will manage complex service delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships, and mentor teams to achieve consumer‑centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a people leadership role leading high‑performing teams for consumer‑centred outcomes.
• Experience developing programs and services in a complex environment.
• Sound understanding of service delivery principles, ideally in Early Education or Care Services.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and promote high‑quality consumer experiences based on reflective practice.
• Knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and National Regulations 2012/NSQ Standards.
• Financial acumen to evaluate service performance and report outcomes.
• Current National Child Safety Training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
