You will guide pedagogy, program planning, and community engagement while inspiring high-performing teams to deliver inclusive, high-quality early learning for children and families.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong stakeholder relationships, and a commitment to child safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in education or care services.
• Strong understanding of service delivery principles in early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and take responsibility for a range of operational decisions to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Lead the delivery of our Early Learning Programs across Gippsland and foster community partnerships.
• Provide expertise in pedagogy, planning, and management to achieve sustainable, consumer‑centred outcomes.
