Job summary

Gre8 Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a School Based Regional Manager to oversee the safe, compliant operation of about 12 school sites in the North and North West regions. You will be the main contact for schools, host sites, supervisors and families, and you will lead the site supervisors who manage day-to-day activities.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on building supervisor capability, keeping trainees engaged in meaningful commercial work, and ensuring every young person in your region

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations across multiple sites or programs and managing people.
• Proven ability to develop supervisor capability and enforce documented processes.
• Strong knowledge of work health and safety obligations in operational settings.
• Excellent relationship-building with schools, employers and partner organisations.
• Ability to engage and support young people, including those with disability, and their families.
• Current Working with Children Check (Victoria) and National Police Check, plus driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of site supervisors with regular one-on-ones.
• Build strong relationships with principals, coordinators, host sites, and families.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and compliance for trainees and supervisors, including checks and inductions.
• Set up new sites and maintain safety, resources and compliance with WHS and Victorian standards.
• Plan and schedule commercial work across sites to ensure consistent trainee hours and quality work.
