Job summary

Uniting Victoria and Tasmania is seeking a Program Manager, Early Learning Operations for Gippsland. You will oversee delivery of early learning programs, guide pedagogy and service planning, and drive community engagement to achieve sustainable, high-quality outcomes for children and families.

You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and quality standards while promoting reflective practice and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a people leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing programs in a complex environment.
• Sound understanding of service delivery principles in Early Education or Care Services.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor and promote high quality consumer experiences.
• Knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Regulations 2012/NCQS.
• Financial acumen and ability to evaluate service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Early Learning Programs across Gippsland.
• Oversee operational decisions and provide expertise in pedagogy, planning and community development.
• Mentor and promote high quality consumer experiences.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure delivery of high quality, sustainable, community-focused programs.
