Job summary

EGroup Protective Services is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead day-to-day security operations at a premium boutique shopping centre in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. The role requires hands-on leadership, contractor coordination, and rigorous adherence to safety and client procedures.

You will oversee emergency drills, fire system isolations, access control administration, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Victorian Security Licence.
• First Aid Certificate is required.
• Current driver’s licence is required.
