Job summary

Grand Group Services in Sydney is seeking a motivated Security Supervisor to lead day-to-day security operations at a premier site. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication to ensure a safe environment for staff, visitors and tenants.

You will oversee patrols, incident reviews, rostering, training and reporting to Centre Management, while maintaining high service standards and professional conduct in a retail or corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold VIC Security Licence (1AE) minimum.
• 3+ years supervisory security experience.
• First Aid & CPR current.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Retail or corporate environment experience.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers during shifts.
• Ensure operations comply with site SOPs, policies, and legislation.
• Conduct regular patrols, audits, and incident reviews.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports for Centre Management.
• Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems.
• Assist rostering, training, and performance management.
