Job summary

EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Retail Site Security Manager for a premium Melbourne CBD location. The role requires managing a 24/7 security team in a dynamic retail environment, developing SOPs and risk assessments, and close collaboration with Centre Management and EGroup Management teams.

Ideal candidates will have minimum 5 years in security management, strong leadership, risk mitigation focus, and knowledge of security protocols and legislation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security management, preferably in retail or services environments.
• Current Security License.
• Permanent Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies and procedures to protect client assets.
• Lead and schedule a team of security officers, including training and performance reviews.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and improvements.
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Maintain records and generate reports on incidents and operations.
• Stay updated on regulations, best practices, and technology in security.
