Job summary

Securitas Australia in VIC is seeking a Scheduler to support our security operations by coordinating schedules, allocating work and maintaining accurate records.

You will work with the Service Manager, Project Managers and Technicians to plan, track, and report on field activities, invoices and service delivery.

The role requires organised, proactive and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on process improvements and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination or administration in security or field services.
• Knowledge of Simpro or similar service management systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update workforce service schedules to support operations.
• Coordinate scheduling with Service team, PMs, Technicians and stakeholders.
• Allocate and dispatch work based on Technician availability and customer needs.
• Monitor schedule changes and communicate updates promptly.
• Manage service email inbox and route requests appropriately.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on tasks, costs and debtor status.
