Job summary

Securitas Australia is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead and oversee project delivery, including logistics and coordination across all phases. You will manage systems integration, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of security solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong HSEQ compliance, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within a global security organisation. VIC-based, full-time role with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Installation and security licences required for field access and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing complex security project delivery and systems integration.
• Strong financial and contractual management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security projects from inception through closeout within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate resources, logistics, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress reporting.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle.
