Job summary

Sapio is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the NSW electronic security branch. You will drive customer satisfaction, workforce effectiveness, and financial performance, while acting as a technical expert for the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and achieve strategic business objectives.
• Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across operational teams.

• Contribute to workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and direction during periods of State Manager absence.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex customer issues and service challenges.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and contract performance outcomes.
• Lead investigations into service issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
• Optimize technician productivity, workforce utilisation, and service performance.
• Drive improvements in preventive maintenance delivery and service response times.
• Monitor operational performance to meet service obligations and customer expectations.
• Lead initiatives to improve scheduling efficiency, first-time fix rates, and backlog reduction.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
