Sapio is seeking an Account Manager – Electronic Security to drive growth by developing strategic customer relationships and delivering tailored security solutions across access control, CCTV, alarms, and monitoring.

The Account Manager – Electronic Security is responsible for driving growth through the development and management of strategic customer relationships. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, designing tailored electronic security solutions, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across a defined portfolio.
You will play a key role in expanding Sapio’s footprint in access control, CCTV, alarms, and monitoring solutions, while consistently achieving revenue and performance targets.
Establish/Manager strategic customer relationships and ongoing development of relationships to achieve customer satisfaction including, executive level customer contact plans across multiple business units.
Manage significant internal and external stakeholder management issues.
Develop and Manage a Sapio Executive contact strategy
Achieve revenue and sales objectives for a defined portfolio of strategic customers.
Develop, lead, and implement the account strategy via the relevant account plans and portfolio plan including the forming of commercial judgement relating to cross business unit impact, competition issues and commercial trade-offs required to achieve the sales strategy.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales delivering electronic security solutions
Strong knowledge and understanding of the electronic security industry
Proven success in sales, revenue generation, and achievement of KPIs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering superior outcomes
Ability to identify challenges and design effective electronic security solutions
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
High level of initiative and confidence contributing to team objectives
Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in an electronic security sales discipline
Sales experience within the electronic security sector
Strong relationship and account management experience
Experience working to sales targets and performance metrics
A current NSW Security Advisor Licence
