Job summary

National Protective Services is seeking Security Officers for Melbourne CBD and South Eastern Suburbs. Roles involve access control, concierge duties, patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and clear reporting.

You will support clients with professional, courteous service and maintain a visible security presence across premium sites. Candidates should hold a Victorian Security Licence, First Aid, and WWCC, with additional Control Room accreditation being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian Security Licence is required to perform security duties.

• WWCC is required for eligibility.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play an important role in protecting our clients' people, property and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Woring With Childrens Check (WWCC) Employee
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster
• If Visa Holder, you need valid working rights

Highly Desirable

• Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Operator accreditation
• Previous experience in corporate, government or critical infrastructure security
• Experience operating CCTV, access control and security management systems
