Job summary

Securecorp in the northern suburbs site is seeking Corporate Security Officers to join a new CCTV, Concierge and Roving team. The role requires a CRO endorsed license, strong customer service, and the ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

You will protect facilities across multiple sectors, monitor access, respond to incidents, and produce clear reports while delivering reliable security and service.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Security License - CRO endorsement is a must.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Have proven experience in the security industry.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Can work collaboratively in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional security and customer service.
• CCTV Monitoring / concierge duties.
• Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises.
• Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support.
• Assess and address potential risks.

About The Opportunity

Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a couple of Corporate Security Officers at a new site in the northern suburbs of Bundoora.

We are looking for Security Officers with a Control Room endorsement on their licence who have excellent customer service skills to join our team in a new CCTV, Concierge and Roving role.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional security and customer service
• CCTV Monitoring/ concierge duties
• Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
• Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
• Assess and address potential risks
• Manage access control
• Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria

We’re Looking For Candidates Who

• Hold a current Security License - CRO endorsement is a must
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification
• Have proven experience in the security industry

• Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Rostered Hours

• Full Time (Monday - Friday, Day Shifts) Level 5
• Full Time (Monday - Friday, Afternoon Shifts) Level 4
• Casual (Night Shifts) Level 4
