Job summary

Citywide Patrol And Security Services Pty Ltd – Geelong VIC is seeking experienced Security/Customer Service Officers to deliver high-level customer service while maintaining security standards.

Responsibilities include access control, escorting contractors, patrolling the facility, and reporting hazards. Applicants must hold a Victorian Security License, Working with Children’s Check, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s licence; availability Monday to Friday mornings to evenings.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for Experienced Security/Customer Service Officers to assist us in providing anexceptionally high level of customer service, calm approach and ability to de-escalate situations. These qualities are critical to ensure the highest of security standards are always provided.

Our client is located in regional Victoria - University / Tafe sector in the Geelong Area

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Customer Service
• Access control, ensure only authorised persons are entering the site - After hours
• Escorting contractors around the facility
• Greet and interact professionally with all visitors and contractors
• Conduct internal and external patrols
• Report and record any damage, unsecured hazards, or suspicious items/activity

In order to be shortlisted, you must present with the following qualities:

• Relevant experience within the Security industry.
• MUST have a current and valid Victorian Security License.
• MUST have a Working with Children’s Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Accreditation andable to provide first aid.
• A current and valid Driver's License.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (Mornings, Afternoon/Evening).
• Must have the ability to work in Australia unrestricted.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office, and Outlook & good knowledge of data processing systems.
