Job summary

Glad Group in Victoria is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to uphold high service standards and protect on-site assets.

You will patrol, conduct risk-based checks, operate the control room and monitor CCTV, while liaising with tenants, clients and customers. A State Security Licence and Senior First Aid are mandatory; flexible hours on a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid State Security Licence required.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate required.
• Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments.
• Control room experience (for Control Rooms Operators only).
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; well presented.
• Able to work a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
