Job summary

Glad Group is seeking a Security team member to help create safe, secure environments for clients and communities. You will patrol, monitor activity, respond to incidents, and support emergency procedures while delivering professional customer service.

Must hold a valid Security Licence and Police Check, have First Aid, and be able to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends. Experience in retail or customer-facing security is preferred and you will work collaboratively with a

• Current valid Security Licence and National Police Check (ability to obtain).
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends where required.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Experience in retail, corporate or customer-facing security environments.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and responsive in fast-paced situations.
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous control room experience will be highly regarded.
