Job summary

Glad Group is seeking a security professional to uphold high standards and safeguard on-site operations at our facilities. You will perform patrols, conduct security checks, and support CCTV monitoring while liaising with clients and tenants.

The role requires a mandatory security licence and Senior First Aid certification, plus experience in retail or commercial environments. Flexible, 24/7 shifts including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Mandatory State Security Licence.
• Mandatory Current Senior First Aid certification.
• Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments.
• Control room experience (for Control Rooms Operators only).
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrateexceptionalsecurity services standards such as conflict resolution and incident reporting
• Conduct comprehensive patrols to ensure safety on site
• Conduct detailed security checks for risks and breaches
• Performcontrol room operations, including monitoring CCTV
• Liaising with customers, clients and tenants

About You:

• Valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
• Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
• Control room experience (for Control Rooms Operators only)
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
