Job summary

Australian Christian College Group in Marsden Park, NSW, is seeking a Secondary Learning Support Coordinator (Full-Time) to lead the Learning Support Team and develop Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse needs. You will conduct regular assessments, work with teachers to tailor strategies, and maintain strong collaboration with families and external specialists.

Qualifications

• Active Christian faith.
• NESA accreditation (or be eligible).
• Knowledge of Learning Support and/or Special Provisions (desirable).
• Ability to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse learning needs.
• Conduct regular assessments and testing to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to apply differentiated strategies.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and external specialists for collaborative support.
• Provide direct learning support across Secondary grades with targeted interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development on special education and enrichment strategies.
• Assist students in developing positive behaviours and resilience.
• Organise and oversee examinations' special provisions.
• Assist in managing NCCD data collection.
