Job summary

Australian Christian College Group is seeking a Secondary Learning Support Teacher (Full-Time) to join the Learning Support Team at ACC Marsden Park. The role focuses on developing Individualised Learning Plans and providing targeted support for students with diverse learning needs in a Christian school environment.

You will collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction, monitor progress, and communicate with families while upholding professional standards and faith-based

Qualifications

• Identify students needing learning support using assessment data and referrals.
• Differentiate curriculum, assessments and teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Explain reasonable adjustments in line with Disability Standards for Education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing Individualised Learning Plans.
• Monitor student progress and maintain records and documentation.
• Liaise with parents regarding progress and transition planning.
• Support students with assessment accommodations and exam provisions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in special education and learning enrichment.
