Optus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the Colonnades team in Australia. You will support the Store Manager to drive a high-performing culture, coach and develop staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

As Second in Charge, you’ll help shape store culture, boost performance and contribute to overall success while prioritising customer care and team wellbeing in a fast-paced retail environment.
