Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited in Perth invites you to join our Summer poolside team as a Seasonal Poolside Supervisor at Crown Towers & Crown Metropol. You will lead daily poolside operations, coach front-of-house staff, and ensure service excellence while upholding safety, hygiene and RSA standards.

We seek experienced supervisors with strong F&B knowledge and a guest-first approach. Roles are 6-month contracts from Sep–Nov 2026, with full-time and part-time opportunities across weekends and public

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Current RSA certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility to rotate shifts from 8:00am–8:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily poolside service operations.
• Lead, coach and support front-of-house team members.
• Maintain service, safety, hygiene and RSA standards.
• Manage guest enquiries, feedback and VIP requests.
• Assist with stock control and operational administration.
