Job summary

Burberry Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a Client Advisor for a Christmas Casual role at QueensPlaza, Brisbane. You will build relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised, elevated shopping experience while driving sales and brand loyalty.

You will operate with passion for fashion and luxury, applying product knowledge and styling expertise to inspire clients and sustain the Burberry experience across every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in Clientelling.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients with storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand.
• Provide luxury service and expert knowledge in products, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience and close sales.
• Deliver after-sales service and assist with inventory and store operations.
• Maintain Burberry visual standards and foster a positive team climate.
• Build meaningful client relationships and work by appointment to promote loyalty.
