Job summary

Burberry in Sydney is seeking a Client Advisor to build relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalized and elevated experience while achieving commercial success.

Reporting to store management, the Client Advisor will inspire clients with passion for the brand, fashion and luxury products and demonstrate expert knowledge in styling and selling to drive loyalty and incremental purchases.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients with storytelling and passion for the brand to create desire and loyalty.
• Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in-store and close sales.
• Be efficient in following up and delivering after-sales services to clients.
• Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and assisting with inventory and stockroom duties.
• Follow Burberry guidelines to maintain visual standards and support with markdowns when required.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
