Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Good product knowledge and understanding of store operations.
• Understanding of competitor products.
• Experience working in a team.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.
• Other language knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Provide luxury service with product, fashion and styling knowledge.
• Follow client journey to elevate the client experience and close sales.
• Efficient follow-up and after-sales service to clients.
• Contribute to daily store operations, maintain luxury standards, assist with inventory and stockroom as needed.
• Adhere to Burberry guidelines and visual standards, support a positive team climate.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and promote loyalty and incremental purchases.
