Job summary

Burberry Australia in New South Wales seeks a Senior Client Advisor to build lasting relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised luxury experience and driving commercial success.

Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients with passion for the brand, fashion and luxury products, demonstrate extensive styling knowledge, and contribute to daily store operations while upholding Burberry's high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of store operations.
• Experience working in a team.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Provide a luxury service and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the Client journey to elevate the Client experience in the store.
• Follow up after-sales services to our clients.
• Support the Store Manager in dealing with customers complaints when needed.
• Contribute to daily store operations and maintain high luxury standards.
• Support and coach Client Advisors in clientelling and service skills.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
