Job summary

Doltone House Group in Sydney seeks Front of House & Food and Beverage Attendants for the September–December busy season. You will work across Doltone House venues including Sydney CBD, Western Sydney, and Sylvania Waters, and Lua by Luke Nguyen at Sydney Fish Markets.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and customer-focused with RSA. Evening and weekend availability is preferred; we offer flexible hours and potential to stay on as permanent casual.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required to be considered for interview.
• Hospitality or events experience preferable but training provided.
• Reliable, energetic, customer-focused with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide front-of-house service at events.
• Assist in food and beverage service across venues.
• Work across venues including Sydney CBD, Western Sydney and Sylvania Waters, with evenings and weekends.

Doltone House is on the lookout for energetic Front of House & Food and Beverage Attendants to join our teams across our iconic Sydney venues.

From weddings and corporate events to school formals, Christmas parties and some of Sydney’s biggest celebrations, you will work at a variety of events during this busy season!

We’re looking for reliable, energetic and customer-focused team members who:

• Love working in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people
• Are confident communicators who take pride in delivering great service
• Are genuine team players who work well under pressure
• Have flexible availability, particularly evenings and weekends
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – this is required to be considered for an interview
• Have previous hospitality, events experience, retail or customer service experience – although this is not essential – we are happy to train you!

We will start with a brief phone conversation to get to know you and discuss the opportunity.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to attend one of our in-person interview sessions on Thursday 17 September at 9:30am or 11:30am at one of our city venues, details will be advised at phone interview stage.
