Job summary

Doltone Hospitality Group is seeking reliable Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our energetic kitchen teams across Sydney venues for the September 2026 to December 2026 season. Work at weddings, corporate events, school formals and major celebrations, with variety every day.

This is a flexible, crew-based role with opportunities for ongoing work and potential permanent casual status after January 2027.

Qualifications

• Looking for reliable, energetic kitchen staff able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver quality food with attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends.
• Experience in hospitality is advantageous.

Doltone House is on the lookout for passionate Chefs, Cooks & Kitchen Hands to join our energetic kitchen teams across our iconic Sydney venues.

From weddings and corporate events to school formals, Christmas parties and some of Sydney’s biggest celebrations, no two days are the same!
