Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis to join the Macarthur team during the peak season. You will be a Beauty Advisor, helping customers across skincare, haircare and wellness, with onboarding training and access to Sephora’s online learning platform.

Availability for late-night and weekend trading is valued, with potential extension depending on vacancies after the holiday period.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
• Willingness to participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.

Responsibilities
