Sephora Robina is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis. You will help customers discover the right beauty products across departments, join onboarding training, and access Sephora’s online learning platform for ongoing growth.

Qualifications
- Previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn about beauty trends and techniques.
- Availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend.
- Full availability November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive.
Responsibilities
- In Sephora you are a Beauty Advisor; you inspire and assist customers to find products.
- Work across departments including beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
- Complete onboarding training and access our online learning platform for ongoing development.
- Support store team during peak season and contribute to a positive customer experience.
