Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for our Australian stores during the busiest time of the year. This casual fixed-term role offers onboarding training and access to our online learning platform, with opportunities to work across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.

Ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for beauty and ability to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
• Assist across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments.
• Participate in onboarding training and use the online learning platform.
• Possible extension after the holiday period if vacancies exist.
• Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert sessions.
• Build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
