Job summary

Sephora Bankstown is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis. You will support customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, while leveraging onboarding training and an online learning platform to grow in the role.

You are expected to deliver an outstanding in-store experience, share your beauty knowledge with clients and collaborate with the team during peak periods including Thursday to Sunday and extended hours in November–January.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about beauty products and trends.
• Ability to work across departments and assist team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.
• Provide onboarding training and participate in ongoing online learning.
