Job summary

Sephora Australia is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to join the Macarthur team during peak trading periods on a casual fixed-term basis. You will welcome customers, share beauty knowledge across departments, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

You’ll receive onboarding training and access to our online learning platform, with prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred and availability across key weekend days and the November 2026–January 2027 period.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service with a passion for beauty and knowledge sharing.
• Able to work across departments and assist multiple customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.
• Share product knowledge and help customers discover Sephora loyalty benefits.
• Support the team during peak trading times and during onboarding trainings.
