Job summary

Sephora, Bankstown Sydney, NSW, is seeking seasonal Retail Assistants (Beauty Advisors) for a Casual Fixed-term period during peak season. You will welcome customers across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, sharing expertise and helping them discover products and loyalty benefits.

Training is provided and there may be opportunities for extended contracts after holidays. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, product curiosity, and teamwork, with availability across key

Qualifications

Customer experience: listening to customer needs and delivering tailored guidance
Brand and product awareness: keen observer of new products and iconic brands
Learning mindset: quick learner open to training on the latest beauty trends
Multitasking: able to juggle tasks and think on your feet
Loyalty program knowledge: help customers discover loyalty benefits
Team collaboration: share beauty knowledge with colleagues and customers
Cross-training participation: willing to attend in-store beauty expert sessions
Previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills
