Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for the Macarthur store in Sydney. This casual fixed-term role is during Sephora's busiest season, offering onboarding training and access to our unique learning platform.

You will work across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, helping customers discover products and benefits. Ideal candidates have sales experience in retail or customer-facing roles, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for sharing beauty

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within retail or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
• Passion for sharing beauty knowledge with customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and assist customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.
• Complete onboarding training and access online learning for ongoing development.
• Promote Sephora loyalty programme benefits and features to customers.
• Support store operations during peak seasonal periods and ensure high service standards.
