Job summary

Sephora Chatswood is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis. You will inspire and assist customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, while benefiting from onboarding training and ongoing learning on Sephora’s online platform.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Willing to participate in in-store training sessions and cross-training.
• Availability across Thursday to Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts, November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
• Work across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.
• Complete onboarding training and access the online learning platform for ongoing development.
• Support customers in discovering features and benefits of Sephora's loyalty program.
