Job summary

Village Roadshow is seeking a motivated team member for Topgolf Gold Coast. You will welcome guests, guide menu and game choices, and ensure a seamless bay experience with food and beverage service. You’ll observe responsible service and help guests enjoy a safe, fun environment.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, energy, and strong communication. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and extended hours in a lively venue setting.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Energy and enthusiasm for guest interaction.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods, and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly manner.
• Assist guests in understanding and enjoying our game and safety rules.
• Offer food and beverage service.
• Protect guests and community by observing Responsible Service of Alcohol rules.
• Ensure bays are clean and ready for guests.
