Job summary

Topgolf Gold Coast is hiring casual team members to support housekeeping, food and beverage presentation, and venue upkeep. You will uphold Topgolf standards, assist with maintenance supplies, and ensure a clean, welcoming space across shifts from early mornings to nights.

Ideal candidates bring energy, strong communication, and the ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment while staying physically fit to handle light lifting and stair navigation.

Qualifications

• Energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to lift items up to 20kg, bend and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Complete all housekeeping tasks to the Topgolf standard as directed by Operations and Facilities management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our venue, food and beverage areas and amenities.
• Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights, starting as early as 5.00am.

$33.85 p/hr (Mon to Sat), $47.39 p/hr (Sun) - without trade
