Job summary

Village Roadshow Ltd seeks a Seasonal Bayhost for Topgolf Gold Coast. You will greet guests, guide them through our game and menu, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining bay cleanliness, and promoting premium items to maximise guest satisfaction and sales. Flexible shift options are available, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods.

• Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules
• Offer food and beverage
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests
• Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”

Key Qualifications
